WOW! I am slacking on my posts! I didnt even introduce ya all to the newest member of the Hobbs Family. TANGO! He is the sweetest and cutest weenie dog ever. I call him a brauwurst cause he is just so chubby! I love it! Matt and I went into our local Petco to get something special for Meow. Which as you can imagine she is mad at me now. We walked in and were somehow drawn to this cage. It was love at first sight. We have had "Super T" as I call him for about 3 months and it has been wonderful. He is the love of our lives.
So what have we done around the house since November......
We have all new lights all over the house. We replaced the ones in the Kitchen, Office, Moose Room, and Bedroom. We had a fan in our bedroom, but since it didnt hug the ceiling we couldnt have lights on it. So we were tired of that, we bought a hugging ceiling fan and now have light! LOL, we moved the other one to the moose room and had the lights put on it. Its so nice!
We also now have a Dishwasher! WOOOHHOOOO! Matt loves this, since he mainly did the dishes. Unfortunatly there was no built in area to put it, so well right now we have a built in plywwood cabinet around it. I really can't complain it works good and the dishwasher is awesome.
Matt's Dad and Brother came out a couple months ago and helped Matt build a really nice brick retaining wall at the front of our house. It looks so amazing now! We planted some really pretty plants and a couple of small trees. That make me think of mini christmas trees! I can't wait to decorate them at Christmas!
We are also painting some of the outside of the house. Unfortnatly the ugly poop brown color will remain for the time being. We are painting the shutters, frt door and garage doors all a brick red color. The the underside of house, gutters and trim are a pretty white ivory color. It is already looking so much better and we are nowhere close to being done. But I am so excited at all the difference it has made.
